Is it really free for job seekers?
Yes. Always. Job seekers never pay a cent — to apply, to message back, to attend a video interview, or to reveal their own contact details.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you drop back to Free — your existing job posts stay live up to the Free limit, the rest are archived and can be re-published when you upgrade again.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. Subscription invoices include GST (10%) where applicable. Stripe issues a tax-compliant invoice PDF for every payment — you receive an emailed receipt with a one-click link to it.
Can I switch between plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
Free tier lets you post 1 job and receive applications without paying. When you want to message candidates or unlock their contact details, upgrade to Starter or above.
